Who this covers

This application has exactly one user, Aryan Saini, who is also its author. It accesses only Google accounts that he owns and controls.

What it accesses

Gmail message metadata and content, labels, and filter settings, in the mailboxes the signed in account has granted. It reads mail in order to search it, label it and archive it.

What it stores

• An OAuth refresh token, on local disk, readable only by the owning user account.
• A list of message identifiers already processed, so work is not repeated.
• Local log files recording counts and subject lines of processed mail.

Message bodies are not written to disk or retained after a run completes.

What it shares

Nothing is sold, rented or shared. Subject lines and short previews are sent to the TypeSafe API solely to classify a message's importance, and are not retained by this application afterward. No other third party receives message data.

Retention and deletion

Deleting the local credential files ends all access immediately. Access can also be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Limited Use

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train generalized AI models.
